Responsibilities :
The Concierge manages the reception area, answers telephones, takes / delivers messages and provides administrative and clerical support to the Business Office Manager.
- Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness
- Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
- Answer all incoming calls timely
- Respond to resident and family members questions and concerns
- Organize and distribute incoming mail
Requirements :
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
- If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
- Strong customer service presentation
- High school diploma preferred, but not required
